The Hamiltons lived in the home at least between 1967 and 1974, and sold the home in '74 to the DeLella family for $33,000. The home was sold in 1977 to the McKee family, and was sold to the Panaccios in 1996 for $125,000. They themselves sold the home to the Phelps in 2006 for $375,000. The Phelps sold the home in 2015 for $218,000 to Vincent Minieri, who sold the home in 2018 for $575,000 to its current owners.
